Shipping

All orders are shipped fully insured through FedEx to ensure safe and secure delivery.

● Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 1–3 business days.
● Custom and made-to-order jewelry requires approximately 2–4 weeks for production.
● A signature is required upon delivery for all shipments.

Returns

Due to the nature of fine jewelry and sourced diamonds, certain items are final sale.

● Loose diamonds and custom jewelry are non-refundable.
● Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee to cover supplier and handling costs. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition and with all original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom Design Policy

Custom jewelry is crafted specifically for each client.

The process includes a consultation, stone sourcing, and CAD design approval prior to production. Once a design has been approved and production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded. 

Production timelines for custom pieces typically range from 2–4 weeks, depending on design complexity.

Security & Inspection

All diamonds and jewelry are carefully inspected and documented prior to shipment. Returns that do not match the original item shipped will not be accepted.

New York Carat House is not responsible for damage, loss, or alterations that occur after delivery.
