Design Consultation
Our private design consultation is a one-on-one conversation where we take the time to understand what you’re envisioning and guide you through selecting the right diamond or designing a meaningful piece.
During the consultation we will review diamond shapes, sizes, and qualities while exploring different settings, metals, and design details that bring your vision to life.
Consultation Fee — $100
Your consultation fee will be applied toward the cost of your jewelry if you choose to move forward with your purchase.
New York Carat House does not currently provide insurance coverage for diamonds or jewelry after purchase. We recommend obtaining personal jewelry insurance through a trusted provider.
Appointments are limited to ensure each client receives dedicated time and attention.

Why should I choose to book an appointment online rather than walking into the store directly?
If you book an appointment online we will assign one of our friendly store consultants to attend to you immediately during your scheduled appointment slot.
Can I reschedule my appointment if needed?
Yes, if you will like to reschedule your appointment, do call our store hotline at least 1 working day before your scheduled appointment date. From there, we will check and get back to you if there are any available appointment slots.
Can I pay by instalments?
Unfortunately, We do not provide this facility. But regarding this you can contact us support.
